Apperance – Themes – no button?

  I don’t have an “Add New” or “Install” or “Upload” option in my Appearance – Themes page. Do I need to upgrade to Premium or something? Or how do I get the theme to work? :/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please note that themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
