What theme? Did you read over the documentation of that theme? Did you look through the Themes forum for threads on that theme?

Here’s the AXON theme description page link http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/axon/
Here’s the live demo site link http://axondemo.wordpress.com/As that’s a premium them part of what you paid for is premium theme support direct from the theme designer. The person with the username account who purchased the theme can post to the Premium Theme Support forum for the theme to get help with it http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/axon in the Premium Theme Support forum.

It’s the weekend and I assume most designers will be spending it with their families but perhaps that’s not the case. In any event we Volunteers on these support forums do not have access to premium themes and cannot set them up in test blogs so we cannot help you. That said, every detailed theme description usually contains everything one needs to set their theme up to have the same appearance as the live demo site.

Are there any good online services that will do it and not rip you off that you know of.

Please allow me to be blunt. You can do this on your own by using the detailed theme description. You can do this with the help of the theme’s designer. Hiring someone to do this is not recommended because the theme designer will be available in a couple of days time and is intimately acquainted with the theme. Hiring someone else means they know diddly squat about the theme, except what they can read in the theme description and at the live demo site and by reading the source code on your blog.

It’s really in your best interest to do so. I also see that the site has a custom design upgrade so if you have done any CSS editing at all then you have changed the theme’s appearance and will need to get help in the CSS Forum to address any issues you caused by CSS editing.
