Hey @abaptistoi it looks like the WordPress app requires iOS 10 or later. Since the iPhone 4S can only upgrade to iOS 9.3.5, you may have to access WordPress via Safari.
With the WordPress website open, you can hit the Share button, then tap on “Add to Home Screen”. This isn’t officially an app, but it will make WordPress.com appear on your home screen with the rest of your apps.
