  Can I use apple store affiliate programme on wordpress.com sites? If not can I use the programme when I get the pro bundle?

  No. There is no such upgrade. If you require an ecommerce site, advertising and/or affiliate links you can hire a web host and get a free software install from http://wordpress.org
