application android and iphone access account problem

    Hello, I can’t add posts or see the posts
    I can’t add pages or see the pages with application for the phones.
    I have an account where I have free wordpress websites and where I also have a hosting wordpress I bought with GoDaddy.
    and the paid product doesn’t work – NOT VISIBLE
    I access account on app – it gives an error
    No tech support offered even for paid products we are buying with WordPress… way to go.
    so… the good thing I bought hosting only for 1 month. so…. I won’t stay with them if nothing is working and no one is here to help to make it work

    Hi –

    Have you added the site as a self hosted WordPress.org site within the app or as a WordPress.com site?

    There are 2 different versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different from sites using the install of WordPress software and a hosting company.

    Hi,
    no self hosted
    I BOUGHT wordpress hosting with GoDaddy. and I can’t make the application wordpress work to post on my website.

    I started new account on word press – nothing changes. I can’t access to the pages or posts of my web-site, I can’t post not from the website , not from my phone

    PS I don’t know what software you are referring to. it’s not my are of expertise.

    so any solution to make your app work???? for someone who’s paying hosting with word press????

    There are 2 different versions of WordPress.

    What we do here at WordPress.com is a tad different from what happens with a self hosted WordPress site. If you have a hosting company setup then you are using the other version of WordPress – Not WordPress.com.

    For help with this site you will want to post at wordpress.org/support/ As I do not have any access to the site.

    When you setup the app you need to indicate if you are connecting to a WordPress.com hosted site or a self hosted WordPress.org site. Please check and verify that you have selected the right option. Otherwise, your site is not going to connect properly to the app.
