  Hi There, I’m very new to WordPress and from what I have read , there were plugins available for what I need assistance with but it seems with the recent upgrade, the plugins have been removed?
  I am in the process of setting up a WordPress website for a non profit (dog rescue) group and we had hoped to have an online form whereby we could ask potential adopters to fill in their profile and the information & responses is sent via email to the adoption team.
  I dabbled with “contact form” but there is a limit to the number of questions that could be posed on there. Can you help with a workaround for this? Ideally we’d like an online form where the submit button sends an email with the responses in a non database format.

  If the Contact Form will not work maybe you can do something with Google Docs –

  Embed From Google Docs

  We have tried that but the information goes to a database format and accessed via google. Is there a way to make google docs send the information in a normal text mode direct to an email address that isn’t a gmail account?
