Application form Plugin

    Hello
    I am looking for a Plugin that has an application form and a way to pay with paypal for a fixed price, for a workshop that the user will enter the name of.

    But I need the name of the workshop to appear on the PAYPAL confirmation email, and not just on the plugin confirmation email. The name of the wrokshop is something the user will type in on the application form together with their name , address etc.

    But I cant find a Plugin that will have this info on the paypal confirmation email.

    Can someone tell me what plugin I can use? or where I can find out?

    WordPress.com blogs have built-in plugins only.

    Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

    For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
