Application password for iPad app not working properly.
-
I recently turned on two-step authentication. After using the iPad app for the first time since then, it prompts me for a password before refreshing anything. When I entered my normal password, it alerted me that because I had two-step, that I needed an application password. I followed the instructions to generate one, and after inputting it (with no spaces, as instructed) the prompt for the password goes away but the content does not refresh. Attempting to refresh again prompts for the password again, and again the application password will make the prompt disappear, but the content still doesn’t refresh.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi!
Can you try the following?
1. Sign out from the iPad app
2. Go to this page on your desktop/laptop:
https://wordpress.com/me/security
3. Click “Remove” next to all of the app-specific passwords you’ve created so far.
4. Create a new app-specific password
5. Use that password to login again to WordPress.com
If that doesn’t work, could you take a screenshot of the new prompt that appears when you try to refresh and upload that screenshot to your Media Library (like you would an image you want to include in your posts)? Screenshot instructions can be found here:
