  I want you to help me enable my business plan purchase so I can be able to use my debit cards.

  The last time I tried purchasing popped up message with reference:

  Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown

  Hi, our forums staff and volunteers can’t help with this, but our payments team can definitely take a look.

  You should see a message saying your purchases are disabled, and “contact us” will be underlined because it’s a link. Can you click that? That link will help you contact the right team. They’ll typically be able to review your case within a business day.
