Hi, our forums staff and volunteers can’t help with this, but our payments team can definitely take a look.
You should see a message saying your purchases are disabled, and “contact us” will be underlined because it’s a link. Can you click that? That link will help you contact the right team. They’ll typically be able to review your case within a business day.
