applied theme to wrong blog
-
Hi, I meant to purchase Hive Pro for blog.gracemadden.com but ended up applying it to my old abandoned blog gracelouise.wordpress.com by mistake. I think I also subscribed to the Pixelgrade Club by mistake. I’m all confused. How do I transfer this pro theme from one blog to another?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, Premium themes like Hive purchased on WordPress.com can be activated on any WordPress.com website and are a one-time purchase for the life of your site here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/
If you purchased that theme here within the last 30 days and intended to use it on your standalone WordPress install at blog.gracemadden.com, you’ll want to request a refund from your Manage Purchases dashboard.
Regardless, I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff attention and assistance. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

Hi –
Please try to add the Hive theme to the desired site now. There’s 125 credits added to your account so that you won’t need to pay out of pocket at the check out screen – choose the “use credits” option.
Come back and let me know once this is done and I’ll remove Hive theme from the other site.

Morning gracelouise – I can see that you cancelled the theme and processed a full refund. That money should reach you in about ten days. Write back to me here if you need anything else.
In my previous reply I was mistaken. Apologies for that. The site that you’re trying to use Hive theme on is connected to us via Jetpack, using the stand alone WordPress installation. So, in order to use Hive on that site you’d need to find it here:
https://wordpress.org/themes/search/hive/
Best wishes.
