Why I am not eligible for applying for WordAds since, I had fulfilled alll the criteria to put ads on my blogs.

Are you referring to your blog “adidubstep.wordpress.com”? If so, you need a paid custom domain to be eligible to apply to WordAds. Learn more: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
Furthermore, you also need a certain amount of traffic per a month in order to be accepted once applying, but a specific amount is not made public. Please note:
Our advertisers have a minimum traffic requirement. Once you reach the level they’re looking for, your application will be automatically sent to them for evaluation. A site generally needs thousands of pageviews each month to earn meaningful revenue.
