Applying coupon issue

  Hello,
  I am facing an issue when I try to apply a coupon on my woocomerce website. I did enabled the feature on woocomerce>settings and I added a new coupon but when I go to test it on my real website it always fails and it shows me a notif telling me that the coupon does not exist.
  I hope somebody can provide me with some solution. Thank you in advance.
