Applying Divi Theme

  Hello I downloaded the business plan to sync divi / elegant themes into the WordPress Website
  I have a Divi Theme zip file, and navigate to your WordPress dashboard. I should have admin privileges to upload a new theme. but it wont let me drag the zip or upload any new theme under appearance.

  I reached out to Divi and they told me to contact you because this is a problem on wordpress end.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I have a business account and also need help contacting customer service. Right now I’m unable to drag any zip into the designated area in the theme/appearance area.

  Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still? Thanks for the additional info!
