applying for a deleted account

  hi there I’m new to wordpress so please bare with me, I would like to use the address letsanimate.wordpress.com however somebody has used this in the past and then deleted the account, is there anyway of me being able to use this address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nope.

  Addresses (URLs) for blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. We cannot, under any circumstances, allow someone to take over the address of a blog that was owned and deleted by its original/previous owner. Please do not submit support requests asking us to do this.
