  Do I need to pay inorder to be part of WordAd?.
  Do I have to pay to add my dormains to my wordpress profile?.

  No. You are the one who gets paid by the advertisers (through WordPress.com).

  Do I have to pay to add my dormains to my wordpress profile?.

  If you want to use your domains with a WordPress.com site you have to map it ($13.00 per year). If you already have self-hosted WordPress sites you can use the Jetpack plugin in order to use WordAds.
