Applying single post template to other posts not showing template

  Hi,

  So, I have browsed the web and contacted “support”. No dice.

  The problem: With the exception of two posts, every other post is not showing the single post template that I have arranged. I have compared the settings of the posts that are functioning properly (“hardscaping” and “Lawns, beds and borders”, under past projects, if you go to the site) with those that are not functioning properly, and they all say “single posts” under the template. I checked the template and that is fine since it appears in two of the posts, but don’t understand why the other posts are not appearing with the template.

  All I am trying to do is have the single posts template appear with every other post. It has the navigation bar at the top and the bottom within the template design; in other posts, I temporarily inserted a menu via a block plug-in. I am not trying to change the template design and the contents are fine. I just need the template applied retroactively. If anyone has any advice or recommendations, it is appreciated.

  Also, since I apparently cannot edit my own post, I noticed that when you click on the posts that function properly, they appear in a separate window/browser page, while the posts that aren’t functioning properly appear in the same window/ browser page. Not sure if this means anything. My struggle with computers.
