Appointment plugging

  Hello, one of my friends but a domain and made a website for me with wordpress.com
  I asked him to add a plugging to the appointment page for people to pay a $25 booking fee that’ll gonna be used to towards their treatment and yo keep their appointment. There is no option or any plugging to fix this for me on the website. How can we do that?
