  How often blog theme should be changed ?

  The answer is “as frequently as you choose to change it”. It’s your blog and your own preferences apply. That being said, I have blogged for nearly 6 years here and longer elsewhere. Many people have stated we ought not change themes as it will scare off subscribers if we do. That’s not my experience. I change themes here > Appearance > Themes when I want to and to my knowledge I have never lost a subscriber because I changed themes. This may be helpful: 12 Step Blog Evaluation
