  I posted a test comment. Got an email to approve, trash or spam it, or to go to the moderation panel. When I click any of these links it gets me to a page with this error:

  You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

  Internal Server Error
  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Please contact the server administrator, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

  Are your aware of the user roles?

  Administrator
  An administrator has full and complete ownership of a blog, and can do absolutely everything. This person has complete power over posts/pages, comments, settings, theme choice, import, users – the whole shebang. Nothing is off-limits, including deleting the entire blog. Only one administrator per blog is recommended!

  Editor
  An editor can view, edit, publish, and delete any posts/pages, moderate comments, manage categories, manage tags, manage links and upload files/images. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  That being said the bottom line is that your blog is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com blog and those are the only blogs we provide support for on this forum. You must post to http://wordpress.ORG/support/
