Approved comments and replies not appearing on blog

Our approved comments are not showing up on the blog despite triple checking that we have correctly configured settings. Guests can comment on our blog, but our replies are only visible in the WordPress Dashboard.
1.) General Discussion Settings are correctly configured to allow comments. No discussion is closed after a certain number of days. We have already approved everything and unchecked the boxes saying approval is required for comments.
2.) Individual posts are correctly configured to allow comments and pings. I double checked and bulk-edited them all to be able to do so as well.
But replies and comments that we write still correctly appear in the WordPress Comments Dashboard but do NOT appear on the blog page itself.
For example, we posted 2 replies to comments on this post months ago (which are approved!) and neither appear: https://pixc.com/blog/ultimate-guide-to-diy-product-photography/
What setting are we missing?

I had a look at the said blog https://pixc.com/blog/ultimate-guide-to-diy-product-photography/ and it turns out it has Disqus comments system, not WordPress.com’s comments system.
Disqus comments will never show up on WordPress.com comments system.

You are posting to the wrong support forum. To be clear we do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
