Approved Comments Still Going to Spam

    I have approved a commenter’s comments in the past, but his comments are still routinely sent to the spam folder. Is there a way for me to approve comments from this individual, who also has Admin Privileges?

    If he’s routinely going into Spam, first make sure that the comment isn’t actually spam. Some spam comments these are vaguely related to the post, but the commenter puts down a name like “Lose Weight Fast” or “Free Quotes.”

    If they are legitimate comments from a legitimate person, just keep marking them as not spam, and the system will eventually learn.
