Approving each comment individually

  Hi,

  When I press “approve” on a comment, does that mean that any future comments by that person are automatically approved and don’t wait in a moderation queue? Can I change this so that I moderate every comment individually, regardless of whether the person has posted before?

  I only ask, because people have been posting sensible things and then posting one-line comments like “Why is no one replying to me???” – I’d rather delete stuff like that to stop my blog getting clogged up.
