  Hallo,
  I want to create a website with WordPress and use a theme from apptheme, which plans have feature like that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To upload custom themes from third-party sources(like apptheme) you will need to upgrade your site to the Business Plan.

  You cannot do that on Free, Personal or a Premium plans. If you are on any one of these plans you can only use themes present here: https://wordpress.com/themes
