apuntar desde un subdirectorio de mi web a mi wordpress

  Tengo mi dominio finquespalau.com y mi wordpress finquespalau.wordpress.com.
  Desearía crear el subdirectorio Blog.finquespalau.com y que éste apunte a mi wordpress.
  Me comentan que para ello necesito saber el Host de WordPress (IP) y dónde apuntar el dominio. ¿Cómo puedo saberlo?
