  I customize the Aquene theme but at final it doesn’t look like the demo at all.

  Which areas of the Aquene theme demo site are you looking to add? In case you haven’t already seen it, there are some theme setup instructions:

  The slider at the top of the homepage contains posts tagged with the featured tag in My Sites > Design > Customise > Featured Content.
