Arabic language is very bad here

    I want to suggest the way of writing in the arabic language, we start writing from the right to the left but here in wordpress its all the same i cant change it Unless i went in with a laptop. Can u find a way please?

    Hi there,

    there are two places you can set up to use Arabic: on your site and in your account.

    To change your language settings for your site, go to
    https://wordpress.com/settings/general/myhiddenthoughts.home.blog and under Language select AR-Arabic

    For your dashboard you can change that to Arabic as well in your account settings https://wordpress.com/me/account and under Interface Language, you can change that to Arabic.

    If you are writing in both Arabic and English on your site, you might find this previous forum post on using the directional tag helpful: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/bilingual-posts-hebrew-english/

    One thing you will want to check is that the theme you are using supports RTL languages. Looking at our Theme Showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/rtl-language-support I do see that Independent Publisher 2 is included there.

    I really appreciate your help , but u may didn’t get me.
    I write in both arabic and English but not in the same post . The thing is whenever i write in english i dont have to edit on the text . But i need to change the align when i write in arabic to a right to left align . I cant fix this automatically? Cuz align is only appears when i edit from the website but it isnt there in the app and it mixes all of the full stops, thank u

    Hello again, Sorry it wasn’t clear to me before that you were referring to the app. Thanks for clarifying.

    You might want to post about this directly to the forums for the WP app instead. https://apps.wordpress.com/support/

    The forums there use the ORG login system, so if you don’t have an ORG account, you will need to register one first before you can post. There’s a link to log in or register at the top left in the black bar depending on which device you need help with (Android or iPhone).
