Arabic support for wordpress via fantastico

    I have started a new blog(www.handalablogs.com) with a private hosting company. Since i’m using cpanel, i decided to install wordpress via fantastico witch will save me the time to update and will do it for me automatically. The problem is that the version of wordpress installed via fantastico does not support Arabic and every time i write something in arabic it turns into question marks when published. Is there any way i can fix the problem and add support for arabic without having to reinstall everything. Thanks
