  If possible can someone please add an Arabic language tab to site for my students who speak and read arabic. Thanks.

  I am not clear what you are asking for. If you want WordPress support in Arabic then the forums are here: http://ar.forums.wordpress.com

  If you want someone to add an Arabic tab to sandytreasures.com, then only you or an author can do that. There is an article describing how you can have menu entries for different languages here.
