  how to make the theme suitable for arabian users we write from right to left !?

  You can try changing the language of your blog from Dashboard > Settings > General.

  Do note that some themes may not be 100% translated to Arabic yet.

  One example of a theme that has been fully translated is Twenty Fifteen.
