  Hi there,

  Your site, https://arb-med.net/, is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. You also are not using the WordPress.com/Jetpack contact form on that site, but a form added by the Contact Form 7 plugin. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
