Arcade Pro version widget issue

i just bought the pro version of this theme and i’m having issues with the (Arcade) text and icon widget lining up vertically (i.e. underneath each other) vs. horizontally (beside one another). i’ve tried added the widget as both a “Jumbo headline” and in the “Homepage Top Area” and they end up showing up vertically in both. This was not an issue with free version so i’m not sure what’s going on. Because it looks bad and my site is live, i had to take the widget down but i have a screenshot of the issue. Please help, this feature was the main reason i chose to go pro with this theme. Thanks!
