Arcade Theme

  Hi There,
  I have the Arcade Theme and I am customizing it in WordPress courtesy of 1&1 IONOS. I don’t have any ‘social box’ in the edit menu page. Thus, I cannot create any social media icons. Why is this?

  Hi there,

  Your site at http://fotology.net/ appears to have the Fifteen theme (https://wordpress.org/themes/fifteen/) active, not Arcade. Fifteen is not one of our themes, so we cannot help with this. It will only have the social menu available if the theme author added support for it to the theme.

  If you’re speaking of a different site, the social menu in themes made by us will only be available in the self-hosted version of the theme if you have the Jetpack plugin installed and connected to WordPress.com on that site, as that menu is actually a Jetpack feature, not a theme feature.

  I don’t see any other Jetpack-connected sites in your account, so I’m guessing you don’t have Jetpack active on the particular site.
