    I have found that it is not possible to change the featured content carousel from featured images of posts to just a rotation of images, unattached to posts. However, there is a banner feature that rotates uploaded images. Is there a way to move the position of the banner from behind the logo to below the logo and primary menu?

    Hi there, are you talking about the Randomize feature at Customize > Header Image? If so, the randomizing happens on page reload, and does not have a timed slider type of effect.

    I’m not seeing the header on your site right now. If you wish to add a header image, I can see what I can do about moving it for you. On some themes this can be done pretty easily, but on others it can’t be done and keep the header working right on all screen/window sizes.
