  hi my website isnt working godaddy isnt hosting it they said they also said you guys might be hosting it so i am reaching out to see why it is not working

  Hi there:

  According to our tools, the site arcapgroup.com has not been hosted here at WordPress.com now or at any point in the past.

  Pulling up your site in the Internet Archive, it doesn’t appear that your site was even using WordPress. There was a footer link stating “A Mopro Website” with a link to https://www.mopro.com/ which may be the likely company that was hosting your website.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  this is untrue my website was built with wordpress
  can you please check internally what happend with that domain, i fired my old marketing manager and he is not helping the situation at all

  Based on what I can see from https://web.archive.org/web/20190530170059/http://www.arcapgroup.com/ there is absolutely no trace of WordPress code on the site (when you view source, there should be references to numerous wp- items, like wp-content and wp-includes).

  Plus, we have absolutely no trace of the site in our system.

  Are you sure that’s the correct domain name?

  Have you contacted the people at https://www.mopro.com/support ?
