Many thanks for getting back to me Timethief, I appreciate that.
I am looking at several months last year in my archive link and it would appear that there are some days of the month included and then it misses lots out? It’s all very random.
I have sent a link to some of the months that it has done this but I am sure this may be a pattern that stretches out over more months.
I do a song a day so the posts in archive should cover the whole month?
Many thanks<a

It would appear that every archive link from January-June 2015 has only included what looks like a random selection of days from that month? All the rest are not included and if you go to June 2015 for example, you will see the calendar on my page only has some of the days highlighted?
https://thelisteningpostblog.wordpress.com/2015/06/There are only some dates highlighted for some reason? After July 2015it seems to right itself, see link:

Hi there,
The logical explanation is that you only started posting daily in July 2015.
You’ve had this blog since 7 August 2012. The first post was only published on 30 September 2012, so you’ve definitely not been posting every day from day one. If you had your site would have had well over 1500 posts. Your total post count currently stands at 598.
There is no evidence in your site’s logs that any posts published between March and June 2015 have been deleted, so the only explanation is that you did not publish a post every day during those months.

Thank you so much for getting back to me.
I had a brainwave earlier and think I’ve realised why it doesn’t register every day in my archive section prior to July 2015. I have been writing daily since Oct 2014 but when I started doing this I didn’t fully understand the difference between a page and a post? I was writing each days entry on a page and then changed over to posts in July when it dawned on me that posts were the way forward…
I think this may be the reason for missing days in archives?
Thank you again for getting back to me, I appreciate that.
All the best

If you were publishing pages instead of posts that would do it, yes. Page publication isn’t tied to a specific date, so it won’t show on the calendar widget or stats either.
If the pages still exist on your site, you can copy-paste them into new posts, and then manually change the date of the posts to publish them on the correct day. Your email followers will receive notifications of them, though.

Thank you so much for your help Kokkieh, I really appreciate it! The pages still exist but I think I’ll leave them as they are 😬
All the best
