Archive feature lost after importing

  I have so far successfully imported WordPress files of posts dated from June 2012 to December 2012 to a new blog. However, I am unable to create an archive of the imported posts on the new blog.

  Curiously, an October 2012 section was automatically archived and listed on the sidebar widget, but I would like all the months to be similarly displayed.

  Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?
