Archive Widget "show post counts" – display error

Hello there,
The Archive Widget “Show post counts” is displaying improperly on my blog (and other blogs too). I tried clearing my cache and it did not fix the problem.
Each month should display the number of post counts but each month is progressively adding a new number as the archive continues.
An example of the error is below :May 2014 (4)
April 2014 (7) (4)
March 2014 (7) (7) (4)
February 2014 (4) (7) (7) (4)
January 2014 (4) (4) (7) (7) (4)
December 2013 (7) (4) (4) (7) (7) (4)Thank you!
