    With ref. to my earlier communications, please note I am having difficulties Exporting/Importing All Contents of my subject blog. I have established a new Bluehost Account, and when importing the File:
    ’emarketclicksgroup.WordPress.2019-11-10.xml’. I am get the Failed Import Message, with the following note: ‘Sorry, there has been an error. File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.’

    Kindly advice File-name, and how I may IMPORT that file into my Bluehost A/c.

    Have you exported the file following these steps?

    Export Your Website’s Content

    This should send you the correct XML file which you can then import from the self-hosted site like so:

    https://move.wordpress.com/exportimport-content/

    Please try again to export the file. If you’re still having issues with that, you can reply to the email you received from our ToS team.
