  Hello,

  I just started my blog in early April 08. I would like to set up an archive system to keep my home page cleaner than it is, however, I can’t figure out how to get the posts off of my homepage and into my ‘April 08’ archive.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi, I found out how to do this after looking through other posts about archiving. The directions to the correct screen that they gave weren’t quite right, or are old. Either that or the WordPress UI needs work.

  Anyway, click on the Dashboard for your blog. Then on the far right, Setting (not “Options” since I can’t find that). Then there is a link called “Reading.” There you can set how many posts are shown, or which pages are shown, on your home page.
