Archives section on a category page
-
Hello! I’ve just started a new blog and I already have a minor issue.
I’ve created two categories (so far) and added some posts on one of them, but I saw that on the category page, I have an “archives” section with a bunch of random words that aren’t related to my blog. My question is, how do I remove that “archives” section? I’ve managed to delete it from the homepage but I can’t seem to find a way to remove it from other pages.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey,
Your site isn’t live so I can’t check exactly which template is being used, but to fix this you will need to edit the template and remove that section.
To do this head to Appearance → Editor → Templates. The template to edit will most likely be “Category Archives”, but if you can’t find that one then it will likely be “All Archives”.
Open that template in the editor, remove the blocks you do not want to display and then save your changes.

Oh, I apologise, I forgot to change the privacy settings.
It worked, thank you so so much!
