  How to build post list (using page or post or widget), where all post tittle is separated by categories,using archieves codes.As there is only option to showing post list by date,day,months or otherwise all post( postbypost) which is not really nice.Does anyone can help?(http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2009/07/30/archives-shortcode/comment-page-2/#comments)

  We do not have a Categories shortcode. If you want to suggest this idea to Staff for their consideration then what’s best is to post a thread into the Ideas Forum https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas

  My understanding is that the function being used – which was an existing function – does not have the category or tag filtering capability built into it which is why we do not have that option.

  I too would like to see the ability to sort or order by category with the archive shortcode.. I’m hoping they will get it added soon for us.
