archiving

    i am new to wordpress. I am attempting to start a webzine….i am confused about pages and posts. It will be a monthly issue…my question is, if I have pages and will be updating them monthly…do they end up in my archives? Or do they just disappear when I update..i am sorry if this doesnt make any sense…is there anyway to post to several pages at once?

    Pages are intended to be “evergreen” content that does not change often (like an About page) and they are not included in date-based archives.

    They are not included in the “flow” of your post index pages, but are normally included in your site’s navigation area.
