Archiving blogs ?

  Hi! 2 questions I need help solving!
  1. I exported one of my blog’s to another account successfully. Can I now delete it permanently from the first account without it affecting the “new” one?
  2. I want to archive several of my old blogs as I have a number on one account that I do not need at this point. Is this possible, as I don’t see that option under tools.

  1) yes, but deletions here are permanent and irreversible. We generally recommend just setting it to private. This also gives you a blog you can use to test themes and widgets on.

  Now I can’t find where to make the change to make it private … can you help again?

  It’s on your dashboard under Settings->Reading.
