Archiving individual blogs

How do I individualize dailey or weekly blogs and then archive them by title?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You don’t and can’t archive posts. Blogs are date driven structures. Every title URL has an embedded datestamp in it reflecting the publication date.
Every time you publish a post it will automatically appear on the dynamic Archives page and the dynamic Categories pages, assuming you have assigned categories to it.
Technically you can’t post to more than one page on any blog but do read on. Static Pages and dynamic Category Pages are not the same. The former cannot automatically update but the latter do.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/If you want to have pages that do update then they must be replaced by dynamic category pages that will automatically update every time you publish a post assigned to the relevant category.
By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.
We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into the custom menu.

Thanks that helps, but I’m not sure how to get there from here. Speaking the language is definitely a barrier. A friend has been using WP (http://newenglandpastor.wordpress.com/author/newenglandpastor) and he has (apparently categories) on a left side bar including “Archives” by date. (And a nice header, haven’t figured that out yet either) I can do this side bar some how?

That an Archives widget http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/archives-widget/ that you can install here > Appearance > Widgets
I’ve blogged for over 9 years and over 8 of them were here. My followers never ever use it so I created a Page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and installed the Archives shortcode http://en.support.wordpress.com/archives-shortcode/ instead of wasting all that front page “real estate” space. The result is this page as as my titles clearly state exactly what’s in the posts some visitors use it http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/sitemap/

Oh wait! That’s the author archives that you are pointing to here http://newenglandpastor.wordpress.com/author/newenglandpastor and it’s handy for blogs where there is more than one author, but it’s next to useless for single author blogs.
Your friend is also using a theme that has Multiple Archive Styles http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/chateau/ and that’s not a feature on other themes here like yours.
(And a nice header, haven’t figured that out yet either)
See here for your detailed theme description page http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/tonal/

Appreciate your input, timethief!! (great name, maybe I’ll do a story on this dialog :) ) It’s bee very helpful to this guy who was educated during the time of “UNIVAC” although we have mastered about 20% of Adobe Premier for video editing. Fascinating!! Should have begun all this 65 years ago!! :/ – Thanks again!

I began on a VAX mainframe using FORTRAN so I’m not a spring chicken either. I remember thinking that BASIC was so easy to work with. lol :D
