archiving info on pages (not main page)

Is it possible to archive the information on a sub-page? My main page has the feature of the archived posts but can the pages that follow do the same? I have a page called “models” and I’d like to replace the picture and content but still keep the older page views somewhere so someone can go back and see the older pictures. I was told that only the main page can be a blogging type page with archives.
