Archiving or hiding comments on a PAGE

  I have a Welcome page where people have left comments 8 years ago. I am in the process of adding new content and updating my site. Is it possible to ‘Archive’ or ‘Hide’ old comments? Is deleting the only choice. I tried to change settings to say delete anything over 100 days but that appears to only apply to POSTS. Any suggestions?

  Hi, I’d recommend archiving the page instead — perhaps make it private or make it into a draft? Then the comments will still exist in your back-end comment section, but will not show up on the site.
