  How can I archive posts on a site with many contributors, without keeping them on the main page? Is it possible to create pages for prolific contributors? Thanks for any help you can share!

  Sure, that’s actually built in! Go to
  https://yoursitename.wordpress.com/author/theirusername and you’ll see an auto-generated list of posts.

  You can link to that from the menu, if you’d like:
