  How can you archive posts so they don’t appear on the main page but are kept somewhere on the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You do nothing. You publish a post and the software automatically displays it on the dynamic Archives, Tags and Categories pages that you have assigned to it. To make your Archives available to visitors see:
