Archiving posts from another forum

    I have decided to move from MSN Spaces because of lack of control over my page content, but have been blogging there for 2.5 years. Is it at all possible to archive old posts from there into Word Press?

    Do MSN Spaces offer any export options into any program types or RSS? WordPress.com allows users to import content from the following format types (for specific programs):

    Blogger
    LiveJournal
    Movable Type and TypePad
    WordPress
