Archiving private posts?

I made a large number of my posts private, but I want easier access to them. Is there a better way to do this other than modifying whp-content directory? (I don’t know how to do this either so if someone knows how to do this, please let me know!)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Since you’re talking about modifying directories, you’re talking about a WordPress.ORG blog, not a WP.com one like http://vivtam.wordpress.com/. We cannot help you with that, and you need to ask at WordPress.ORG.

If you’re talking about your WP.com blog, what difficulty are you experiencing accessing the posts? They should show for you just fine.

I made a large number of posts private so that only I could see them. But then the archives for my blog only include my published and not private posts, so there is no way for me to access my private posts.

Interesting that they don’t show for you on the archive and other pages. Can you edit them and use a particular category or tag? Then you should be able to get them from that category or tag page.

You should also be able to get there from the dashboard All Posts page, if you filter for Private posts.
